These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Deadstock Hero, including our Shopify app and this website. By installing or using Deadstock Hero, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Deadstock Hero analyzes store inventory and sales information to provide reporting, deadstock detection and recovery or markdown campaign suggestions. Insights and recommendations are informational tools only. You remain responsible for pricing, promotions, inventory management and all decisions made for your store.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must have authority to bind the Shopify store using the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activity that occurs through your store.

Acceptable use

You may use Deadstock Hero only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You must not reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse or attempt unauthorized access to the service; use the service to violate others’ rights; or use it in a way that could harm the service or other users.

Shopify relationship

Deadstock Hero is an independent application. Shopify’s terms govern your use of Shopify. We access Shopify data only as permitted by the permissions you approve and Shopify’s applicable terms and policies.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in Deadstock Hero and its content, technology and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized use. You retain rights in your store data.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service to maintain, improve or protect it. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes when practical.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that recommendations will improve sales, margin or inventory outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deadstock Hero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data or business opportunities.

Termination

You may stop using the service by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service, users or third parties.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Deadstock Hero operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@deadstockhero.com.
