What does Deadstock Hero do?
Deadstock Hero uses your Shopify product, inventory and sales data to flag slow-moving inventory and help you prioritize recovery or markdown actions.
Does the app change my prices or inventory?
Inventory quantities are never changed by Deadstock Hero. Discounts and product tags are applied only when you launch a recovery campaign or enable an explicit automation rule. You can pause or finish a campaign to remove changes created by the app.
How do I uninstall the app?
You can remove Deadstock Hero from the Apps section of your Shopify admin. If you need help with data deletion, email us at support@deadstockhero.com.
Why do I not see enough inventory insight yet?
Insights need relevant Shopify product and sales history. New stores, recently added products or stores with limited order history may have less information to analyze.
